The campus wellbeing route will be opened on 19.4.2023 as part of the students' mental health day, with moderation as the national theme this year. Student Mental Health Day is a campaign day organised by the Student Wellbeing Network to highlight the student's mental health status.
The five points of the wellbeing route are located in different parts of the campus. The route is open to everyone. On the way, you walk by yourself, listening to yourself, at your own pace.
There are half-hour guided tours of the route on the opening day. Independently visited, the wellbeing route takes about 15-20 minutes, as you don't need to hurry on the route.
