Kyunghyun Cho, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Data Science in New York University

‘Aalto University is a world-class university. Donations are one of the major financial sources that Aalto can use for building a sustainable environment in which creative and bold ideas for the future are born and nurtured.

I studied at Aalto as a graduate student for both M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees. With my donation to Aalto, I want to make sure that more students benefit from Aalto's high-level education, which I have received, and which has been useful to me. Furthermore, I strongly believe in Finnish higher education, not only for Finland but for the entire world.’

Kyunghyun Cho is a member of Aalto University Fundraising Advisory Board. Other members of the board are Risto Siilasmaa (Chair), Nathalie Ahlström, Sari Baldauf, Antti Herlin, Miki Kuusi and Bruno van Dyk
