The pricing for electric car charging is adjusted, beginning from 30.1.2023 on Otaniemi and Töölö campus. The new price is 0,30e/kWh*.

The price of Aalto University's electricity is determined in the Nord Pool electricity exchange. In addition to exchange electricity, the total cost of electricity consists of electricity transmission fees and costs related to the purchase of electricity and the operation of the charging service.

In order for the prices of the university's charging stations to correspond as closely as possible to the current cost of energy in the future, the charging price is reviewed monthly. Possible changes will be announced on the university's and ACRE's websites. You can check the valid download price on Plugit's website at https://app.plugitcloud.com/ or https://acre.aalto.fi/en/about-us/price-list

The parking time restriction on the charging points is currently 3h. Please park in the charging spaces only when you are charging your vehicle.

Going onward, new charging points are installed on a yearly basis around the campus. Development ideas considering new or the existing charging infrastructure can be submitted to [email protected].

Information on matters related to car parking is given by Aalto Campus & Real Estate, [email protected]
