Personal Impact brings to light already existing courses in Aalto University on values and meaningfulness, self-leadership, societal impact, human potential and well-being. Courses boost your skills of self-leadership, leadership and personal development. If you want to consider your goals, learn ways to reach them, broaden your views and participate in interesting discussions, check the list of courses.

Depending on the programme, students may complete the courses offered in the Personal Impact either as part of their compulsory or elective studies. Courses make it possible to meet other students from all different fields of the university. Some courses are also available to teachers as part of the university pedagogical training. These courses can be found in a separate news item below.

Aalto University launches new MOOC "Art of Living" by Frank Martela

This new massive open online course on how to live a good life is lectured by Ph.D., assistant professor Frank Martela. The course is produced by the Oasis of Radical Wellbeing project and it is part of Aalto’s lifewide learning portfolio. The course was launched on May 30th, 2023
