The new graduates from all the six schools graduated between 1 May 2023 and 30 April 2024 with bachelor's, master's, or licentiate's degrees celebrated in Alvar Aalto Park on Aalto University's campus. Warm congratulations to all!

The new alumni gathered in large numbers at the sunny Otaniemi to Graduation Party festivities with family and friends.

The evening began with speeches encouraging the graduates to continue their journey full of courage to act as visionaries for a sustainable future. Provost Kristiina Niemelä led the traditional princess ceremony, in which the graduates place the graduation pin to their garment.

Earning a degree isn’t just about learning facts or new skills, it gives you the chance to learn about yourself and what you can accomplish when you set your mind to it.

With the completion of their studies, recent graduates become part of a vibrant community of more than 100 000 Aalto alumni.

New doors will open when you stay curious, and when curiosity opens new doors, community is what makes if all more fun and meaningful.
