What factors contribute to employee inclusion in the workplace? Post-doctoral researcher Daria Kautto and doctoral researcher Hilla Back will share preliminary findings from a large study on workplace diversity and inclusion conducted at Aalto University.
Is there a gender gap in mental health? Prof. Jaana Suvisaari (THL) will present results from a large Finnish cohort on the factors contributing to psychological distress in the working population, with a special reference to gender differences.
